It's true...things are changing big time around here. I'm super sad Kristen is leaving, I really love that girl. You know we were really lucky...we were best friends/roommates in college and worked out for us to experience "real" life together. God has been good to us and that choir song keeps going through my head: "even in the valley, God is good." It's so true and it's always a thrill to see how God works out His mysterious plan for our lives.

In other news, I finally registered my car here in california, I figured it was time. So I'm feeling pretty good about getting that out of the way. I also decided it's time to get a california license...so I'm finally an actual Californian! Kindergarten is going well this year. I have a great group of kids and they sure do some funny things. For instance I take roll every morning and I've instructed them to say present after I call their names and my kids are saying "president" instead. I need to break them of this horrible habit, but for the sake of making myself giggle every morning I don't correct them. It's cute and a great way to start the day. o.k. I'm hoping to be a bit more of a faithful blogger in the future...we'll see.
